Description: VCore® is barefoot balance training workout that is the most functional approach to training the core. Through specific exercises, VCore® will enable you improve your foot posture, knee alignment and hip strength which can help eliminate back, knee and foot pain often associated with poor posture and improper walking. VCore® combines the benefits of pilates, yoga and barefoot balance training to bring the focus on preventive medicine and the power of proper body alignment. We are bringing core training off of the floor!
